The Sponsor is Light & Wonder, Inc. ("L&W"), and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jackpot Party Casino, located at 6601 Bermuda Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor at the address above.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are NOT eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on dates to be confirmed by legal counsel prior to launch ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
Eligible participants who receive an invitation from their designated VIP Host may complete the online registration form at jackpotpartycruise.sciplay-ops.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete all required fields and submit the form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Grand Prize (one awarded): A cruise vacation for the winner and one (1) companion aboard a Princess Cruises vessel on a date and itinerary selected by Sponsor. Prize includes cruise accommodations (cabin category determined by Sponsor), round-trip economy class airfare from the winner's nearest major U.S. airport, ground transfers, and select onboard credits. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $[TBD — to be confirmed by legal/finance before launch].
No other expenses are included. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value of the prize will not be awarded. Prize is non-negotiable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein, in Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners were pre-selected by Sponsor from among eligible Jackpot Party Casino VIP players prior to the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified via their registered VIP Host. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible players selected.
Potential winners will be notified by their designated VIP Host and must respond within [TBD] business days. Failure to respond, or failure to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background verification of potential winners.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By entering, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Princess Cruises, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (i) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (ii) any technical malfunctions; (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.
Information you submit in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at sciplay.com/privacy. By participating, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described therein.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or prior notice.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
For a copy of the winner list, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: JPC Cruise Sweepstakes — Winner List Request, Light & Wonder, Inc., 6601 Bermuda Road, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
